Triple T Haven Retreats
A place to pause, connect and be restored.
Restore the Restorer
You spend so much time caring for others. Sometimes, you need a place where someone pours back into you.
Triple T Haven retreats bring together people who give deeply of themselves. These gatherings offer time to step away from daily responsibilities, connect with others who understand and focus on your own well-being.
Through guided reflection, supportive conversation and shared experiences, you will be reminded that you are not alone.
Reflection
Take time to consider what you have been carrying and what your own heart may need.
Renewal
Step away from everyday demands and give yourself permission to rest, recharge and receive support.
Connection
Spend time with people who understand the challenges and rewards of caring deeply for others.

Come As You Are
Many caregivers, helpers and community members become so focused on the needs of others that their own needs are pushed aside.
Our retreats provide a welcoming space to slow down and breathe. You do not need to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. You are welcome to participate at the level that feels comfortable for you.

What to Expect
Every retreat may look a little different, but guests can expect a relaxed, supportive and welcoming environment.
- Guided reflection and group conversation
- Encouragement and practical tools
- Time for personal thought and renewal
- Opportunities to connect with others
- Light refreshments or meals
- Activities centered around healing, support and community
Participation is encouraged, but no one is pressured to share more than they are comfortable sharing.
The Impact of Restore the Restorer
Restore the Restorer has already given healthcare and helping professionals an opportunity to step away from caring for others and focus on their own well-being.
A previous Restore the Restorer retreat brought together healthcare and helping professionals, including nurses, physicians, therapists, midwives, social workers, mental health providers, care coordinators and others in helping professions.
Before the retreat, participants shared what they hoped to gain from the experience:
64.7% wanted support with stress reduction and burnout prevention.
64.7% wanted to connect with nature and animals.
47.1% hoped to connect with other healthcare professionals.
47.1% wanted to explore alternative wellness practices.
41.2% wanted to strengthen self-awareness and emotional regulation.
After the retreat, participants shared that the experience helped them slow down, reconnect with themselves and remember the importance of caring for the caregiver.
What Participants Shared
Those who attended Restore the Restorer described the experience as grounding, restorative and a much-needed opportunity to slow down.
“This was so restorative!! I felt such a sense of groundedness and centering. I didn’t want to leave. I appreciate the opportunity so much. Thank you, super grateful!”
“Great morning. My cup has been refilled.”
“A beautiful and much needed experience. I am grateful to have received this gift of time and restoration.”
The participants also shared appreciation for the supportive environment, mindfulness practices, movement, connection with nature and the opportunity to focus on their own needs.
You Matter Too
It is easy to believe that taking care of yourself means taking something away from the people who need you. It does not.
Making space for your own emotional and spiritual well-being can help you continue showing up with greater strength, clarity and compassion.
Our retreats are a reminder that your needs matter too.
Restore the Restorer creates space for people who spend so much of their lives caring for others to experience what it feels like to be cared for themselves.

Caring for Those Who Care for Others
Restore the Restorer was created for healthcare professionals and others who spend their lives supporting the well-being of those around them.
The retreat provides time away from everyday responsibilities in an environment centered around connection, reflection and restoration. Participants have opportunities to slow down, reconnect with themselves, spend time in nature and explore practices that support their own well-being.
The goal is simple: to create space for caregivers and helping professionals to receive some of the same care they so freely give to others.

Made Possible Through Community Support
Restore the Restorer was made possible through the generosity of people who believe that those who care for others deserve care and support too.
A previous Restore the Restorer retreat was generously provided by Triple T Haven with support from the Kent and Kathy Baucke Family. Their gift made it possible for healthcare and helping professionals to step away from their daily responsibilities and spend time focusing on rest, connection and restoration.
Community support helps make experiences like these possible and allows Triple T Haven to continue creating spaces where people can reconnect, recharge and feel supported.
Support Our Retreats
Community support allows Triple T Haven to provide welcoming spaces where people can connect, reflect and renew.
Donations may help cover retreat materials, refreshments, venue expenses and reduced-cost registration for guests who need assistance.
